Where are my paint amounts? Enter your wall's width and height in the Paint Calculator and tap Calculate — amounts, the shopping list, and mix batch sizes all size themselves to your wall.
How do outline credits work? A Simple outline costs 1 credit, Detailed costs 2. Your first Swatchy Pro purchase includes free credits (Weekly 5, Monthly 10, Lifetime 15 — one time); more are available under Buy Credits in the app.
How do I cancel a subscription? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Swatchy. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds? Purchases are handled by Apple — request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
A color looks off in store? Screens and paint chips differ — always confirm the printed code with the paint counter before mixing. Match percentages in the app show how close each pick is.
